1.0 Introduction
This document summarises the process of being admitted as a new issuer of securitised derivatives and for admitting 
covered warrants and structured products to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market. It also provides 
detail on the operational processes inherent in being an Issuer. This document is not a substitute for, and should be
