Hello, why yes, I do have answers for all of these questions.
It is up to the client to find use in your service. If they are willing to accept help, then they shall be able to accept what you give. You can never be a hundred percent sure something will be of use, or will work for them, but there are ways you can try to up your percentage of something working out.
You'll have to be less vague with your second question. What do you mean influence the client? In what way?
It depends on the person you're in contact with, that you're trying to influence. There are many different ways to do such a thing, of which you may ask more in depth in my private messages so I may be able to help you. Psychology is different, and unique, depending on the inner wirings of someone. Hence, the fact there is multiple ways to influence.
Now, while I am here to help with psychology, this is something that requires more than just psychology in itself. It depends on the ways you advertise, and if they need the thing you are selling. Tips and advice that they might relate to is a way that they will definitely at least see some sort of interest in.
