1. General Provisions

1.1. This policy is the official document of the BigMoney.VIP website, and defines the procedure for processing and protecting information (here and after referred to as the “Information”) about individuals (here and after referred to as "Users") who use the BigMoney.VIP social network, which includes the site, mobile version of the site and application.

1.4. The condition for using the Social Network is the User's consent to the rules. With each access and / or actual use of the Social Network, the User agrees to the terms of this Policy, as well as the terms of the Rules.

1.5. The current version of the Policy is available to any Internet user. This Policy may be changed by the Social Network Administration. Any changes to the Policy are carried out by the Administration of the Social Network independently and come into force on the day following the day of publication of such changes. The Administration of the Social Network notifies Users of changes to this Policy, including by publishing a new version of this Policy. The User undertakes to independently familiarize themself with the changes made to the Policy. The actual use by the User of the Social Network after making changes to the terms of this Policy means that the User agrees to the new terms.

1.6. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Social Network must be immediately terminated.

2. Terms of use of the Social network

2.1. The Administration of the Social Network, providing the Users with the use of the Social Network within the limits described in the Rules, acting reasonably and in good faith, believes that the User:

has all the necessary rights allowing them to register and use the Social Network;

indicates reliable information about themself to the extent necessary to access and use the Social Network;

acknowledges and agrees that the information posted by the User about themself on the Social Network will be reflected on their Personal Page, and that such information may be available to other users of the Social Network and / or may be indexed by search engines based on requests from network users " Internet”, unless a different mode of access to it was chosen by the User within the limits of the functionality of the Social Network.

2.2. The Administration of the Social Network does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about the Users, except when such verification is necessary in order to fulfill the obligations of the Administration of the Social Network to the User.

3. Purposes of Information processing

The Administration of the Social Network processes information about Users in order to fulfill the agreement with the User of the Rules.

4. Composition of User Information

4.1. Information processed by the Social Network Administration includes:

4.1.1. Credentials, which means:

(a) data about the User provided by the User to create an account during the registration process on the Social Network;

(b) additional information filled in by the User when editing their account while using the Social Network;

(c) data additionally provided by the User at the request of the Social Network Administration in order to fulfill the Company's obligations to the User arising from the agreement on the provision of the Social Network functionality;

4.1.2. Other data necessary for the functioning of the Social Network, namely:

(a) data on technical means (devices), technological interaction with the Social Network (including the IP address of the host, type of the User's operating system, browser type, geographic location, Internet service provider);

(b) information automatically obtained when accessing the Social Network using bookmarks (cookies);

(c) information obtained as a result of the User's actions in the Social Network, in particular, information about the addition of any content;

(d) information obtained as a result of the actions of other Users in the Social Network;

(e) generalized analytical information about the use of Internet services.

The Accounting and Other Data received by the Social Network Administration to the extent necessary and sufficient for them to be classified as personal data in accordance with applicable laws are processed by the Social Network Administration as personal data under the terms of this Policy.

4.1.3. By registering and/or logging in to the Social Network using the ID tool, the User agrees to the Privacy Policy of the BigMoney.VIP Ecosystem, which is posted on this page.

4.2. At the user's request, the Social Network Administration may provide a more detailed indication of the list of Credentials and Other Data processed by the Social Network Administration in order to fulfill the agreement with Users.

4.3. The functionality and rules for using the Social Network may provide the User with the opportunity to post any other information on the Social Network (if applicable), in addition to that specified in clauses 4.1 of this Policy, if it does not contradict the requirements of the current legislation. The Company has no purpose to process such information, as well as biometric and special categories of personal data. By posting information about themself, the User understands that it may be available to an indefinite circle of Internet users, taking into account the settings of the desired level of confidentiality.

4.4. The Social Network Administration has no purpose to process and does not process biometric data (in particular, it does not use an image to identify users) and special categories of data.

4.6. Cookie handling

Cookies are small pieces of data that websites request from the browser used on the User's computer or mobile device. Cookies are stored locally on the computer or mobile device of Internet users.

The Social Network Administration collects and processes cookies in relation to Users visiting the Social Network website.

strictly necessary cookies / technical cookies: these cookies are necessary for the operation of the site and the provision of the Social Network services to the User; among other things, they allow the Company to identify the User's hardware and software, including the type of browser;

statistical / analytical cookies: these cookies allow us to recognize users, count their number and collect information, such as the operations performed on the Social Network site, including information about the web pages visited and the content that the User receives;

technical cookies: these cookies collect information about how users interact with the Social Network site, which allows us to detect errors and test new features to improve the performance of the Social Network services;

functional cookies: these cookies allow the provision of certain features to facilitate the use of the Social Network site, for example by storing preferences (such as language and location);

(third party) tracking/advertising cookies: These cookies collect information about traffic sources, pages visited and advertisements displayed by the User. They allow the display of advertisements that may be of interest to the User, based on an analysis of the information collected about the User. They are also used for statistical and research purposes.

Cookies are processed by the Social Network Administration solely for the purpose specified in section 3 of this Policy, on the terms and in the manner determined by this Policy, in particular based on the data obtained through cookies, the Company develops the most useful functionality for the Social Network available to the User , conducts statistical research, corrects errors in the Social Network and tests new features to improve the performance of the Social Network, personalizes them and displays the most relevant information for the User.

4.7. Processing of Other Data when using the BigMoney mobile applications

Other data about the operation of the BigMoney application is transmitted to Google CrashLytics (Google) to analyze errors in the operation of the application, Google Analytics (Google), and/or Google Firebase Analytics (Google) to obtain generalized analytical information about the operation of the application.

Other data necessary to ensure the operation of certain functionality of the Social Network is transferred to Google Tag Manager (Google).

5. Processing information about Users

5.1. The processing of information about Users is carried out in accordance with the following principles:

1. a) the lawfulness of the purposes and methods of processing Accounting and Other Data;

1. b) good faith;

1. c) compliance of the purposes of processing such data with the purposes predetermined and declared during their collection, as well as with the powers of the Administration of the Social Network;

1. d) compliance of the volume and nature of the processed Accounting and Other data, methods of their processing with the purposes of processing Accounting and Other data;

1. e) the inadmissibility of combining databases created for mutually incompatible purposes containing accounting and other data.

5.1.1. Conditions and purposes of processing Accounting and Other Data

The Social Network Administration processes the Accounting and Other Data of the User in order to fulfill the Agreement between the Social Network Administration and such User on granting the right to use the Social Network.

5.1.2. Collection of accounting and other data

Collection of Accounting and Other Data of the User is carried out during registration and / or authorization in the Social Network by filling out the registration form by the User or by other available methods, including using the ID tool or another third party service, as well as in the future when the User, on his own initiative, makes additional information about themself using the tools of the Social Network. The collection of Other Data is carried out in the process of using the functionality of the Social Network by the User.

5.1.3. Storage and use of Accounting and Other data

Accounting and Other data of users are processed and stored on our servers, while storage is carried out exclusively on electronic media, and processing is carried out using automated systems, except when non-automated processing of Accounting and Other data is necessary in connection with the fulfillment of legal requirements.

Accounting and Other data is stored by the Administration of the Social Network until the goals of their processing are achieved, namely, during the term of the Agreement with the User, and after the termination of the Agreement - for the period necessary and established by applicable law.

5.1.4. Transfer of Accounting and Other Data

Accounting and Other data of Users are not transferred to any third parties, except as expressly provided for by these Rules.

The Company may transfer Accounting and Other Data of Users to third parties, in compliance with the purpose and if there are legal grounds specified in this Policy. Such third parties may include:

persons who participate in the provision of services related to the placement and display of information to users (including offers relevant to the interests of users) in programs, products or services owned or controlled by such persons (for example, owners of sites and applications, advertising networks and other persons, etc.);

persons who have legal grounds to process the Accounting and Other Data, for example, if the transfer of the Accounting and Other Data to such persons is carried out with the consent of the User, including if the Accounting and Other Data are necessary to provide the User with the appropriate service or to fulfill a certain agreement or contract concluded with the User, in particular, mobile operators and/or technology partners acting between the Company and mobile operators, in pursuance of clauses 6.4.7, 6.4.10 of the License Agreement, clause 7.3 of this Policy. These persons also include partners and affiliates of the Company, whose data processing is provided for by the terms of this Policy;

third parties in respect of which the assignment of rights or obligations has been made, or novation under the relevant agreement;

any government or local government body to which the Company is required to provide information in accordance with applicable law upon request.

The Applications available on the Social Network are hosted and maintained by third parties (developers) who act independently of the Social Network Administration and do not act on behalf of or on behalf of the Social Network Administration. Users are obliged to independently familiarize themselves with the rules for the provision of services and the personal data protection policy of such third parties (developers) before using the relevant applications, incl. in the Social Network Application Platform. In the case of using applications in the Social Network Application Platform, your phone number and / or e-mail and / or name (depending on what minimum data is required for authorization / registration in the application), will be transferred to the owner (developer) of the relevant Application in order to provide. In addition, with your consent expressed when downloading the application, the Social Network Administration also has the right to additionally transfer your name, surname and image to the owners (developers) of applications.

In order to provide high-quality, multifunctional, easy-to-use and focused on the personal needs and interests of Users of the Services, the Administration of the Social Network develops, improves, optimizes the current and introduces new functionality of the Social Network (information, communication, advertising, educational, entertainment and other), including with the participation of partners and/or affiliates.

Taking into account the foregoing, and also taking into account the observance by the Social Network Administration of the processing purposes specified in section 3 of this Policy, the User agrees and instructs the Social Network Administration to carry out the following actions:

processing, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), comparison, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion/destruction of Accounting and Other data of the User;

transfer to partners and affiliates of Accounting and Other data, and their processing by partners and affiliates, on the basis of instructions from the Administration of the Social Network (in the ways specified in this paragraph), as well as joint processing by partners and affiliates of Accounting and Other data with the data available in disposal of partners and affiliates;

collection (receipt) from partners and/or affiliates of the results of processing accounting and other data together with data at the disposal of partners and affiliates, including in the form of integer and/or text values ​​and identifiers.

Taking into account the nature and functional features of the Social Network, the activities of the information resource can contribute to the study of the market for goods and services, including the assessment of supply and demand, the promotion of goods, the analysis of the effectiveness of information, advertising and marketing campaigns carried out by generating depersonalized analytical information based on data on the use of the Social Network.

The Administration of the Social Network may carry out cross-border transfer of Information to the minimum extent necessary for the purposes specified in this Policy to third parties specified in clauses 4.7 and 5.1.4 of this Policy.

Some third-party web resources and applications may provide the ability to use their functionality through authorization of using data from the User's profile on the Social Network. With such authorization, the web resource or application of a third party asks the User for consent or permission to use data from the User's profile on the Social Network. Such consent must contain an indication of the amount of data used for authorization and the procedure for their processing. By agreeing to authorization of using data from the profile on the Social Network, the User consents to the transfer of data from their profile on the Social Network to a third party that owns the web resource or application in which such authorization is carried out to the extent specified in the consent/permission requested such web resource or application.

When using the ID tool by the User, their personal data, as well as other information that is not personal data, may be transferred to third parties. The Social Network Administration may receive personal data from these third parties, as well as other information that is not personal data. Data is the amount specified in the User's personal account.

5.1.5. Termination of processing of accounting and other data

Upon reaching the goals of processing Accounting and Other data, the Administration of the Social Network stops processing Accounting and Other data in one of the ways provided for by the law "On Personal Data".

6. Rights and obligations of Users

6.1. Users have the right:

6.1.1. exercise free access to information located on the site;

6.1.2. using the tools of the Social Network, set the desired level of confidentiality in relation to information about yourself (conditions for access to information), taking into account the functionality of the Social Network in accordance with clause 6.3 of this Policy;

6.1.3. independently make changes and corrections to information about yourself on the User's Personal Page on the Social Network, provided that such changes and corrections contain relevant and reliable information;

6.1.4. remove information about yourself from your Personal Page on the Social Network;

6.1.5. require the Social Network Administration to clarify its credentials, block or destroy them if such data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing and if it is impossible to independently perform the actions provided for in clauses. 6.1.3. and 6.1.4. this Policy;

6.1.6. on the basis of a request, receive from the Social Network Administration information regarding the processing of his Credentials.

6.1.7. change the privacy settings on the Site or in the Social Network application / in the settings of the User's mobile device by disabling the option to process data about the User's location and / or information about the Social Network application specified in clauses 12-13 of the list above;

6.1.8. change the settings of the User's mobile device by disabling the option to process information about the User's contacts from the phone book on the mobile device;

6.1.9. cancel the distribution of messages of an advertising and informational or news nature, carried out by e-mail in accordance with clause 6.4.7. Agreement by clicking on the appropriate link contained in the text of the letter sent by e-mail.

If the User changes the settings in accordance with clauses 6.1.7.-6.1.8. of the Rules, the relevant data is no longer processed by the Social Network.

6.2. Since the Social Network is a universal means of communication and people search and the main function of the Social Network is to restore and maintain contacts with old and new acquaintances, the following information about the registered User is available to Internet users:

6.2.1. name and surname of the User, date of birth, hometown, city of residence;

6.2.2. profile photo;

6.2.3. the number of friends, photos, groups, games, videos and gifts of the User.

6.3. The User independently determines the conditions and provides access to his personal data to an unlimited number of persons, including by registering and using the standard functionality of the Social Network, as well as by choosing the privacy and visibility settings of their Personal Page within the framework of the Social Network functionality provided to the User. The Administration of the Social Network does not initiate or influence such a choice of the User, nor does it aim to obtain the User's permission to distribute his personal data. The processing of personal data made by the User available to an unlimited circle of persons is carried out by the Administration of the Social Network on the basis of the Agreement and in accordance with its terms.

6.4. Setting by the User the level of confidentiality of information about themself:

6.4.1. The user has the right, subject to the restrictions provided for in clause 6.2. of these Rules, establish in relation to your Credentials, one of the following levels of confidentiality:

1. a) the information is available to all Users of the Social Network;

1. b) the information is available only to persons who have the status of the User's friends on the Social Network;

1. c) the information is available only to the User.

6.4.2. With regard to the information enshrined in clause 6.2. of these Rules, the User has the right to set one of the following levels of confidentiality:

1. a) information is available to all Internet users and is indexed by search engines;

1. b) the information is not available to Internet users and is not indexed by search engines;

6.4.3. The Administration of the Social Network is not responsible for the disclosure of the User's Credentials by other Users of the Social Network who have gained access to such data in accordance with the level of confidentiality chosen by the User.

6.4.4. When deleting Credentials (other user information) from the User's Personal Page or deleting the User's Personal Page from the Social Network, information about the User copied by other Users or stored on the pages of other Users is saved.

7. Measures to protect information about Users

7.1. The Administration of the Social Network takes technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the Accounting and Other User Data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.

7.2. To authorize access to the Social Network, the User's login (e-mail address or mobile phone number) and password are used. The User is responsible for the safety of this information. The user is not entitled to transfer his own login and password to third parties, and is also obliged to take measures to ensure their confidentiality.

7.3. In order to ensure more reliable protection of information about Users, the Administration of the Social Network uses the system of linking the page to a mobile phone. To implement this system, the User must provide the Social Network Administration with their mobile phone number. As part of the system for linking a page to a mobile phone, the User, in case of loss of the login or password, can restore access to the page using the recovery code contained in the SMS message that the User receives on his mobile phone.

In order to register the User in the Social Network, authorize him, confirm the relevance of the phone number linked to the Personal Page (verification), restore access to the Personal Page, the Social Network Administration also has the right to make a test call-dump to the User's phone number. After receiving a reset call, the User needs to enter a code in the appropriate window - the last few digits of the number from which the reset call was made. Depending on the operating system of the User's mobile device, the code can be entered in the corresponding window automatically. A prerequisite for making a reset call is the User's prior permission, obtained during registration and use of the Social Network, to provide the Social Network Administration with access to the call history on the User's mobile device. Access to the call history on the User's mobile device is used solely for the purpose of automating the affixing of the code when using the test call-reset function, as well as for protection against spam and mass registrations.

8. Limitation of liability of the Social Network Administration

8.1. The Administration of the Social Network is not responsible for the actions of third parties who, as a result of using the Internet or the Social Network, have gained access to information about the User in accordance with the level of confidentiality chosen by the User, for the consequences of using information that, due to the nature of the Social Network, is available to any user of the Internet . The Administration of the Social Network recommends that Users take a responsible approach to resolving the issue of the amount of information about themselves posted on the Social Network.

9. User requests

9.1. Information about the Accounting and Other data processed by the Administration of the Social Network, including the User's personal data, in connection with his use of the Social Network, is provided to the User or his representative when applying (request).

9.2. Requests are sent in writing through the contact form located on the site.

9.3. The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of his personal data by sending a written application to the Social Network Administration in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation.
