Society is at the same time the environment of existence and the sphere of life of its representatives - individuals, and, therefore, is the sphere of application of the actions of these individuals, which includes business.

At the same time, it should be taken into account that not all the life activities of individuals affect the sphere of business, which implies business as a component, but not the only part of the life (existence) of society as a whole.

But it is safe to say that business, as an activity of an individual, which is the path of development of an individual in one direction or another, is the main part of the existence of society.

Consider the example of a clock, where the clock as a whole is society. The watch has a gear mechanism, a dial, hands, and a lever for winding. A business is precisely a lever for winding a watch, in the absence of which - or not using - everything else can be considered in parts as whole and complete, the general purpose of the whole mechanism can be guessed, but at the same time it will not work.

Only when the clock is wound - when the desire for development - the direct or indirect participation of all individuals in the business - will all the parts of the clock of society perform their functions, i.e., act as a harmonious mechanism.

A society without business development has no opportunity for its own development. Everything that surrounds an individual at the present time is the fruit of the activities – the business – of other individuals – either now or in the past.

The improvement of technologies, the emergence of new goods, construction, leisure, the emergence of new directions in science and education, professional activity - all these are components of the results of the business of individuals, which, serving as a source of profit for some, are the environment of existence for others, i.e. the sphere of life of society as a whole.

At the same time, the company benefits from business results and provides new directions for business development. The development of the business of one individual depends on how timely and in a well-chosen direction he finds this or that segment of the market, which is not filled by others and at the same time is the need of society in this direction.

A commodity, technological or intellectual vacuum, recognized in time as the field of application of the business of one individual, is at the same time a necessary part of the further development of society.

Both the CEO and the courier are new filled jobs, the activation of the activity of each of the individuals in which leads to the emergence of additional opportunities: within the framework of one enterprise - for its growth and covering more and more areas of activity, for society as a whole - attracting more and more of its members - individuals - to participate in the business.

With the growth of the sphere of activity in business, the individuals participating in it begin to specialize in a certain direction, respectively, giving the opportunity for other individuals to participate in business in adjacent areas of activity, and at the same time developing and enlarging the sphere of business in the chosen area, which in turn leads later to its fragmentation and specialization of individual individuals. This process is endless as long as society itself develops.

Thus, the activity of an individual, as a representative of society, in business, is connected with similar activities of other members of society, and, accordingly, is interrelated with the activity of society as a whole. On the other hand, society depends entirely on the success of its representatives in business, since their activities allow society to develop as a whole.

Built in the tundra, the plant allows you to create an urban infrastructure around it, which will later attract people here, who, in turn, will give a new impetus to the development of production and at the same time to the growth of this city.

But if the output of the factory - as a result of the business of the individuals inhabiting the city - is of no interest to other individuals, to another part of society, this will entail the shutdown of the plant, the reduction of jobs, the departure of people from the city - and, finally, the cessation of the life of the city itself.

Every action in an individual's business has three points of reference. First of all, it is his personal interest in making a profit and further developing his business. Secondly, his dependence on the business (activities) of other individuals, and their valuation of his own business. Thirdly, his continued presence in society as a representative of society, enjoying the fruits of his activity, and as a representative of his business, the results of which serve society.

On the ability of each individual to connect these three issues depends his own presence in society and the development or non-development of his business.
