Team-Building Compilation

CATERPILLAR

The team stands in a single line, facing to one side. They are given one rope in their hand. Before starting the task, they need to work out a system of signs, because in this task it is forbidden to speak. All participants are blindfolded, except for the last one. And the host hides some object in front, for example, a tennis ball. Only the last participant with his eyes open knows the location of the ball. The task of the team is to find the ball, while the "sighted" member of the team, using the developed system of signs, must direct to the place where the hidden object is located.

SPIDER WEB

The team is given a rope, the team stands in a circle and grabs the rope with one hand. The task of the team is to build the figures required by the facilitator. At the same time, there are several levels of difficulty:
1. Do everything without words
2. Everybody Closes Their Eyes
3. Everyone closes their eyes, and without words. Only one has his eyes open.

QUEUE

1. A very interesting game, useful both in nature and at various educational events. The bottom line is this:
We put blindfolds on everyone so that no one can see. The host walks through each of them and taps a number on the palm of his hand, to each his own. When he is finished, he gives the signal for everyone to line up so that everyone takes their ordinal place. The fuss begins, but the participants are given the condition to line up silently.
2. If an experienced team is playing, the host may also forbid giving signals, i.e. tapping the participants, telling their serial number on their fingers. Thus, without words, and without seeing each other, they must understand where the line begins, where it ends, and where whose place is in it. If the host wants to play a prank on everyone, he gives some participants the same numbers :)

BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE

The game is played when everyone is just getting to know each other. The presenter asks everyone in turn to say their name, and to add an epithet starting with the first letter of the name, and before that, to repeat everything that has been said before. For example, Kolya is handsome, Masha is young, Igor is interesting, my name is Natasha is irresistible. When the circle passes, they add another epithet to themselves. From the second or third circle, everyone already remembers each other's names.

TRUTH or WISH

1. Players write down on pieces of paper questions that interest them very much. Questions are shuffled in a container (header, etc.). The players take turns pulling out pieces of paper, reading the question, and being asked, "Is it true or is it a wish?"
2. If the player does not want to answer the compromising question with the honest truth, he can choose a wish and fulfill the wish that the players make for him. The game is very liberating for the company, and as a rule, it helps to get to know your soul mate or about your friends better. Of course, the game gradually comes down to an intimate nature, although it depends on the audience, if these are people who are all close to each other, then there can be any questions.

HEAD & TAIL

The players are interlocked by the train, each holding the other by the waist and must not let go. The more people play, the better! The first player is the Head, his task is to catch the last one, and the last one is the Tail. His task is not to let himself be caught in any case. The first half helps the Head, and the second half helps the Tail. The game starts at the referee's signal. Then the players change.

Who's going to hike with me?

A good way to get to know each other and remember each other's names. The leader gives an instruction: we are going on a hike, everyone has to take something with them. But it may come in handy or not, and by what criterion we prejudge this is a mystery That is, you should introduce yourself and name the object, like this:
- My name is Petya, I take a tent with me on a hike.
- My name is Anya, I'll take it with me on a hike... hatchet.
- No, Anya, leave it at home, it doesn't fit
- My name is Vika, I'll take a bike on a hike.
- Excellent, Vika, let's
go, etc. I think the principle is clear :)
