В некий японский городок приходит самурай. Самурай выглядит совершенно не по-самурайски: плохо пострижен, не причёсан. А в городе две организованные преступные группировки, созданные местечковыми олигархами из лиц, находящихся под следствием и в розыске, терроризируют жителей городка, жестоко страдающих от бандитского беспредела. Проявляя недюжинную оперативную смекалку и мастерски работая мечом, попеременно нанимаясь телохранителем то в одну, то в другую банду, самурай искусно сокращает поголовье уродов, попутно решая свои собственные задачи.
