ТНТ4 — федеральный тематический телеканал с целевой аудиторией 14 – 44, начавший вещание в 2016 году. Ядром целевой аудитории канала являются мужчины в возрасте 35-44 лет. Охват телеканала составляет более 90 миллионов зрителей, вещание осуществляется в 4 часовых зонах. В феврале 2017 года стартовала международная версия телеканала ТНТ4. В настоящее время телеканал доступен к просмотру жителям на территориях постсоветского пространства, а также на территории стран Европы, ОАЭ и Северной Америки. Телеканал входит в субхолдинг «Газпром-медиа Развлекательное телевидение».
