Don't be afraid to refuse, delegate tasks, or put things off for later by setting less tight deadlines. So the work will bring pleasure and will not turn into torment.

Another option is to raise the rate, work with customers who can pay more: so the amount of work will remain unchanged, but earnings will increase.

2. Work non-stop

Have you ever noticed that you are increasingly devoting the whole day to work, even forgetting to have a snack? Of course, everyone has busy days, but if every working day becomes so... This is a signal to slow down and think about the redistribution of the load. Pauses are mandatory.

3. Think that burnout will not affect you

Burnout is the most common "complication" of workaholism. It is faced by all or almost all workaholics. People, even realizing that they are already tired of work, continue to work, literally forcing themselves and forbidding themselves any indulgences. And usually no one stands "over the soul". Man drives himself away.

Due to burnout, we lose interest in work and life. Tasks that used to fascinate us become uninteresting. Activities that have been enjoyable are starting to get annoying.

It's important not to ignore burnout. You need to allow yourself pauses, rest, vacation. Don't blame yourself for "doing nothing." Such moments are also necessary and very important.

4. Don't understand why you need money

There are often cases when a person resists, trying to "earn a lot", but at the same time has no idea what he will spend these amounts on. Often people are simply not ready to manage large cash flows. They want "big money" purely theoretically.

It is important to understand why you need certain incomes. You also need to decide on what amounts are needed.

After such a reboot of thinking and competent goal setting, making money will become a less painful process. Now you will focus on the goals, understanding that earnings are only a tool.

It is important for any of us to learn how to recover. If we master this science, we will be able to easily switch from work to leisure, and life in general will become more productive. This means that after a busy day at work, we will not fall into sleep without strength, and on the weekend we will be able to do something that we and our family like. Pay attention to: sleep and rest patterns, your diet, social circle and the information you consume. For someone, it is important to disconnect from the news at least for a day, others are helped by sports, others are "fueled" by meetings with friends or walks in the forest. Find your "tool" and don't forget to use it.

If you recover correctly and in a timely manner, your workflow will become more productive. It is possible that the problem with recycling will resolve itself (or at least it will not be so acute).

Try to find harmony with yourself, abandoning meaningless prohibitions and restrictions. Set specific goals. Under such conditions, making money is more likely to develop from the format of an eternal race into a natural course of life.
