Airsoft; is it dangerous?
Airsoft originated in Japan after World War II. Weapons were banned in the country, and the Japanese invented this game to maintain the level of military training of the population. Anyone can play this game only by buying the necessary equipment and joining one of the existing clubs. However, people who are unfamiliar with airsoft are often afraid of its traumatism. It is worth figuring out how dangerous this game is and what precautions exist.
THE DANGERS OF AIRSOFT
Often, participants in airsoft battles are injured not as a result of the use of weapons against them, but from falls from a height, collisions with elements of buildings or trees. Damage to the skin and soft tissues (bruises, abrasions) may appear in the player if safety requirements are not met. For example, it is strictly forbidden to remove glasses during a battle, even if you just want to scratch your eyes.
Beginners who want to join the ranks of airsoft players are afraid of knocking out teeth with standard balls. However, such cases are extremely rare and are easily prevented by putting a special mask on the lower part of the face.

- Minimum costs. The cost of ammunition in airsoft is much cheaper than paintballs with paint. Equipment and weapons are presented in a large assortment in many stores.
- There are no restrictions on the space of the game - battles can be held indoors, in the forest or on the range.
- Variety of drives. Players use replicas of real-life assault rifles, machine guns, revolvers, and rifles. Weapons are represented by spring-piston, electro-pneumatic and gas models.
